Modern Double-Top Construction

At the heart of this instrument lies the double-top soundboard, one of the most important innovations in contemporary classical guitar building. Two extremely thin layers of tonewoodeither spruce/cedar or cedar/cedarare bonded with a Nomex core, creating a structure that is both lightweight and highly rigid.
