Warehouse Address

All orders are packed and shipped from our primary warehouse. This is also the address for any returns or written correspondence:

We do not use drop-shippers or third-party warehouses. Your order never passes through another company’s hands before reaching you.

Processing Time

After payment clears, we need time to prepare your order for shipment. Our standard processing time is 48 hours.

Processing includes these specific actions:

  • Order enters our internal system
  • Inventory is checked and items are located
  • Products are gathered from warehouse shelves
  • Each item is scanned to verify accuracy
  • Quality inspection for damage or defects
  • Items are placed into appropriate packaging
  • Protective filler is added to prevent movement
  • Box or envelope is sealed securely
  • Shipping label is generated using your address
  • Label is affixed to the package exterior
  • Package is weighed and measured
  • Package is moved to carrier pickup zone
  • Package is logged into daily carrier manifest

Processing occurs on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding nationally observed holidays. Weekends do not count toward the 48 hours estimate.

Delivery Time

Once the carrier picks up your package, delivery typically takes 3-5 businessday.

Delivery time consists of the following stages:

  • Carrier driver scans package during warehouse pickup
  • Package transported to local carrier depot
  • Package sorted and routed to regional hub
  • Package loaded onto long-distance truck or plane
  • Package travels to destination region
  • Package arrives at destination sorting facility
  • Package sorted onto specific delivery route
  • Package loaded onto local delivery vehicle
  • Driver scans package before departure
  • Package delivered to your address
  • Driver completes final delivery scan

The 3-5 businessday estimate applies to standard ground service within the contiguous service area. Remote addresses, island locations, and rural routes may require additional transit days.

How to Estimate Your Delivery Date

Use this method to predict when your order will arrive:

Step 1: Count 48 hours business days from your order date. This is when your package ships.

Step 2: Count 3-5 businessday business days from the ship date. This is your estimated delivery date.

Total: 48 hours + 3-5 businessday business days from order date

Example with specific numbers: If you order on a Monday and 48 hours equals 2 days, your order ships on Wednesday. If 3-5 businessday equals 4 days, your order delivers on the following Tuesday (Wednesday to Thursday is day 1, Friday day 2, Monday day 3, Tuesday day 4).

Receiving Tracking Information

We email your tracking number when the carrier scans your package at our warehouse. This scan happens after processing is complete, typically on the final day of the 48 hours window.

After receiving your tracking number, the carrier’s tracking page may show “Label Created” for up to 24 hours. This is normal. Actual movement scans appear once your package reaches the carrier’s first sorting location. If your tracking status does not change for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

Potential Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the 48 hours and 3-5 businessday estimates, certain situations can extend delivery time:

  • Typographical errors in the shipping address
  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
  • Blizzards, ice storms, or extreme cold
  • Hurricanes, tropical storms, or flooding
  • Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year holiday weeks
  • Carrier black Friday or Prime Day volume surges
  • Local carrier facility staffing shortages
  • Package incorrectly sorted at regional hub
  • Delivery attempt made when no one was present
  • Package left at wrong address by driver
  • Customs inspection for cross-border shipments

If your order has not arrived after 48 hours + 3-5 businessday + 5 business days, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
