Heres what we came up with. We started with the Modern shapeand its sleek, super playable body. The sculpted heel provides unlimited access to the upper frets. The Modern Elliptical neck shape, compound 10-14 radius and Jumbo Stainless Steel frets make this the fastest player in the store. The neck is a slim (but not too slim) .780-.830 carve. The neck is ultra stable and gorgeous Roasted Maple.
We opted for the Firmest Silver LacquerFinish. It is lightly Antiqued with a hint of finish checking and hardware age. The Gotoh 510Trem is rock solid and sounds great.
The tones are supplied by a blistering set of Doug Aldrich Signature pickupswith a 5 way switch for maximum versatility.
