The Custom 24 is the original PRS. When this guitar was introducedin 1985, the combination of a 24-fret, 25 scale length, dualhumbucking, tremolo guitar was a distinctive configuration, offeringplayers a new tonal option. Pairing this with a more traditionalcombination of maple top, mahogany back, and rosewood fretboard helpedgive the Custom 24 its signature look, feel, and tone.
