Egyptian Ney

An ancient, end blown flute, Ney is crafted of bamboo, offering six fingerholes and one thumbhole. Its melody is haunting and ethereal; a mesmerizing sound surviving since before biblical times. Playing a full 2-1/2 octave range. These are handcrafted, relative pitched instruments, ideal for the Ney student’s practice.
