These Alpha Pots consist ofbrass shafts and bushings for longer life, tighter tolerances than most mainstream pots, and a custom audio taper that gives a smoother sweep than standard audio tapers. They are also manufactured to a slightly lower torque. The result is a quick but smooth turning feel. Not as tight as a CTS pot, but not as loose as a Bourns pot. These provide what we feel is a good medium between the two.
