Eddie Wang Polaris Combo Amplifier – Local Pickup Only

For local pickup only due to size and weight – this is the Polaris 1×12″ combo amplifier built by Eddie Wang Instruments in Portland, OR. The Polaris is described by Wang as a vintage Tweed amp with a sweeter top end and more sustain. When driven, it can do the British-like crunch, but despite being fuller and warmer than those vintage designs, you can hear every note even when overdriving complex chords. The baffle design adds more woody character and warmth to the low mids. There’s a subtle compression that adds more sustain for a more musical “feel”. The cabinet design makes this 1×12 sound as big as a 2×12 or stack. You can even adjust the output from 1 to 30 watts! The amp is in excellent condition with all features working as they should.
