Kolya Panhuyzen was born in Berlin in 1941. He built his first guitar in 1967 in the workshop of his uncle Edgar Mnch. In 1974 he set up his own workshop in Toronto, and in 1992 opened a second one in Germany. The perfectly crafted lutherie work and immaculate aesthetics are exactly what can be expected from a luthier of Panhuyzens international reputation and experience.
