The NGHB Glute Ham Bench isolates and strengthensyour lower back, glutes, hamstrings and core. The amazing thing about the NGHB is you are locked into position so you can fully concentrate on isolating and working out those specific muscles. Your gluteus maximus, medius and minimus get a focused workout.
The foot pads adjust horizontally to fit all sizes. There’s a knee pad to assist with mounting and dismounting.
