1966 Fender Deluxe Reverb Amplifier

The black panel Fender Deluxe Reverb is one of the all time classic guitar amplifiers. It’s a perfect balance between weight, volume, and versatility. This example is in excellent original shape and has been fully serviced, it’s ready for the road or the studio. At low volume you get the classic Fender cleans and once you start to turn it up, you slowly get more warm tube saturation. Modern reproductions tend to get saturated too early whereas the later Silverface versions stay too clean. The black panel iteration strikes the perfect balance between clean and overdriven tones. Service includes a recap, 3 prong grounded power cable, death cap removal and cleaning of all pots inputs and tube sockets. Both Tremolo and Reverb work perfectly and it comes with the original footswitch. Transformers are original and it sports a vintage Jensen P12Q, the ideal speaker for a Deluxe reverb. Overall this is a excellent, solid example of one of the most versatile Fender amps. Comes with a custom cover.
