Fender Bassman 5F6-A 4×10″ Combo Amplifier 1960 – Blonde Re-Tolex

Here we have a vintage Fender Bassman 4×10 Combo! This one has been re-tolexed in blonde. This looks to have been done years ago as the tolex shows wear and age already. Its a 6L6 amp with 45 watts and four Jensen 10 speakers. There have been some updates over the years and the amp has a modern grounded 3 prong power cable. Three speakers date to the 38th week of 59 while the fourth speaker dates to early 1960. The tube chart stamp year appears to be a J, and the amp is from batch #44. It is in good functioning order with classic tweed tone and looks like it has plenty of stories to tell!
