The Ambient Espada was born from a collaborative effort with some of Balaguer’s favorite ambient players, Mark Secret Weapons, Andrew Ambient Endeavors and Matt Ambient Trash. These 3 players are some of their favorites of the ambient genre and it was a true pleasure to put this run together with them. This is Balaguer’s third run of this series!
Condition: This is a B-Stock Espada Ambient. The reason this is a b-stock is because of 5 finish cracks on the treble side binding on the neck of the guitar – you can feel them if you run your nail or pick over them, but you don’t run across them as you play (see photos). Also because of a finish imperfection along side the binding of the guitar and on the top of the guitar as well (see photos). It comes equipped with our Pro-Tech setup and Balaguers warranty. - Make any adjustments so the neck is straight to avoid any fret buzzing and for comfort
- Check the nut and nut slots for any adjustments/filing to prevent any tuning issues, as well as for comfort at the lower frets
- Make any adjustments to the bridge/tremolo system so its in the proper position for tuning stability
- Set the action to a height that feels comfortable for each guitar
- Set the intonation so youre in tune everywhere on the neck
All of these steps will make your brand new guitar feel as comfortable as ever and ready to play straight out of the box!
