Significantly upgraded mic preamps provide up to +70 dB of clean gain with ultra-low noise (128 dBu EIN), plus Hi-Z inputs, PAD, and +48 V phantom power for maximum input flexibility. The L-12next records up to 14 tracks at 24-bit/96 kHz directly to SD card, alongside a stereo mix, while an improved OLED screen streamlines setup and transport control.

For Perfect Takes

Advanced recording tools such as Overdub Mode and Auto Punch In/Out allow precise layering and easy re-takes. A dedicated File Select button lets you quickly load additional tracks or project files to expand your mix and streamline your workflow.

Mix Bus Magic

The master channel captures your final mix in 32-bit float for pristine, clip-free sound. A dedicated master Compressor adds smooth, musical compression to glue your mix together without sacrificing dynamics.

Monitoring Options for Musicians and Engineers

Five independent Monitor Outs give each performer a personal stereo or mono mix for headphones, in-ears, or stage wedges. A dedicated engineer output lets the sound tech quickly monitor the master bus or any of the monitor mixes, while built-in Talkback makes communication between control and stage simple and clear.

Scenes, Meters, and FX

The L-12next stores up to 10 scene memories, saving fader positions, EQ, pan, mutes, effects, and more for instant recall in live or studio situations. LED meters show level and encoder status per channel, and the Fader Position button lets you quickly check stored fader positions when recalling scenes. Sixteen onboard effectsincluding reverbs and delayswith two easy-to-reach parameters let you add just the right amount of polish.

Wireless Control, Interface, and Streaming

With the optional BTA-1 Bluetooth adapter, you can control the L-12next wirelessly from an iPad using the L-12next Control appadjusting faders, scenes, EQ, and effects remotely. As a 14-in/4-out USB audio interface, it supports 24-bit/96 kHz recording and playback to Mac, Windows, and mobile devices, allowing simultaneous recording to SD card and computer. It integrates seamlessly with streaming software, making it a powerful hub for live streaming, podcasting, and online performances.

Hands-Free & Rackmount Options
