Overview

With a strong suspension system and V8 engine, the Lexus GX has become a popular choice for off-roading and overlanding. Now, Axial brings this adventure machine to the 1/24 scale with the SCX24 Lexus GX 470 RTR. Axial made no compromises reproducing it, giving RC crawling fans of all experience levels impressive features, performance, and realistic detail. Fully equipped, assembled, and affordably priced, the GX 470 is an easy addition to any mini RC collection. It’s built for adventure, ready to tackle indoor courses or outdoor trails, whether it’s mud or rocks.

Like all Axial crawlers, the GX 470 isn’t just for show. It features tough steel C-channel frame rails, steel axles, and steel dogbones to handle climbs and rough trails. Powered by an 88-turn brushed motor, the full-time 4WD drivetrain spins on sealed bearings and uses worm gears in the differentials to boost ground clearance and provide excellent braking. The 4-link rear suspension reduces axle steer, and plush oil-filled shocks soak up the bumps. The officially licensed ABS hard body comes factory-finished with scale accessories and working lights. Officially licensed Black Rhino Raid wheels and Nitto Trail Grappler M/T tyres complete the look and provide grip on various surfaces.
