Selmer 301AM Jones Artist Med English Horn Reed: These professional-level reeds are made in the American style with a blended scrape. The tip is a V shaped (somewhat horizontal, like in the picture), ample heart, thick and strong spine and side rails, and well defined windows which blend in the heart. They are very comfortable, with a stable pitch, outstanding low and high registers, dark sound and great projection. They seem to fit better the advanced students and pro players.
