A 2003 Fender Jaguar Special JGS-86 in a very rare ocean turquoise metallic (our best guess) with matching headstock from the “crafted in Japan” era. Best we can tell this was either a custom color or off-catalog edition.
The Jaguar Special was a unique take on the Jaguar style made for Japan’s domestic market and featuring dual Dragster Humbuckers, a stop tail, painted headstock and chrome knobs for a killer modern look. Very clean condition throughout with only light playwear; a few surface marks/scuffing, a few light edge marks on the headstock and body but no major dings/dents/chips. There appears to have been stickers on the back and has some light tan lines.
Has been fully inspected and setup here by our team at Coast Sonic and is ready for a new home. Includes padded gig bag.
